Who we are

Staylight Investors, LLC arranges the purchase of residential property in the San Antonio area. Listing and representation services are provided by licensed Texas real estate agents.

What an offer is, and what it is not

Any figure we give you before a walkthrough is an estimate, not an offer. A cash offer is the written document we send after seeing the property; it is the only thing that binds us, and only on the terms written in it. An offer is free, carries no obligation, and expires on the date it states.

Nothing on this site is an appraisal, a valuation, a guarantee of a sale price, or legal, tax or financial advice.

How we buy

We may buy a property to hold, or we may arrange for another buyer to complete the purchase. Where a contract is transferred, it is transferred on the terms already agreed with you: the price in your signed contract is the price paid to you at closing, and it does not change based on what happens to the property afterwards. Closings are handled through a Texas title company.

Using this site

You may use this site to enquire about selling a property you own or are authorised to sell. Do not submit someone else's details, scrape the site, or attempt to interfere with it. The text, images and layout are ours.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate but do not warrant that everything on it is complete or current, and we may change it without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Bexar County, Texas.
