What we collect

When you submit the offer form we collect the property address, your first and last name, your phone number, and optionally your email address, a description of the property's condition and when you would like to sell, along with which of the two services you are interested in. If you choose an address from the suggestions, we also keep it split into street, city, state and ZIP so we can match it to public property records without guessing.

Campaign tracking carried in the link

Our postcards and ads link to this site with tracking values in the web address: a source code, a mailing batch identifier, and a lookup token, together with standard advertising parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, gbraid, wbraid and fbclid). We also note the page you arrived on and the site that sent you. These are submitted with the form so we can tell which mailing or advert you responded to and match your enquiry to an existing record rather than creating a duplicate. They are kept in a first-party cookie on this site for up to 90 days (some browsers shorten this) so that if you come back later we can still tell which mailing or advert first brought you here. The cookie holds only those campaign values, never your name, phone or address.

Texts, emails and calls

If you tick the consent box we may text you and email you about your property. Consent is never required to receive an offer or to use any part of this site, and the box is unticked by default. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask us by phone. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. We record the date and time you gave consent, the exact wording you agreed to, and the version of that wording.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties.

Whether or not you tick that box, submitting the form is a request for us to contact you about the property, and a person will call you.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the service providers who operate this business on our behalf (our web host, our customer records system, the automation service that moves your enquiry between them, and the address-lookup service that suggests addresses as you type) and with the title company if a sale proceeds. We do not sell your information.

Advertising measurement

We may load Google Analytics, the Google Ads conversion tag and the Meta advertising pixel to measure which adverts lead to enquiries. Each is switched off until its account is connected; when one is on, it is named here.

Your rights in Texas

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act you may ask us to confirm whether we process your personal data, to correct it, to provide you a copy, or to delete it, and you may appeal a refusal. Write to us at (830) 463-6794 or through the form on this site and we will respond within the period the law allows.

Keeping it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may need them for the purchase, for our tax and legal obligations, and to prove the consent you gave us.
